The T&D MRA are holding a Poker Run on Father's Day (5 September 2010) - poster attached.

We will be raising money for Dad's in Distress - a charity who assist with the issues surrounding men's suicide.

I think the poster pretty much has the details you guys need in it.

Please note, where dad's have kids who would like to be with them on Father's Day, please don't exclude them. If they are over 8 they can obviously come on the ride. If not they can either follow in the car with another adult (because kids aren't allowed to drive on their own really) or they can meet us at the Rollingstone Pub for lunch. I know that defeats the game but that will be the final stop. You have to have 5 cards though to have a hand so you will find out the other three on the day.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.


You can of course cheat in the meantime and check out www.mratownsville.org.au particularly after the first week in July when heaps of the planning should go up.

New years eave mankin ride is on again for 2010. leaving the rock pool at the strand. traveling down the strand and fliders street all under police escort. All funds raised is for the cancer council.look for updated details closer to December 31st
